I will never get why people say regex are hard

Why would you just randomly use bitshifts?

@dmonkey I once got an error message, I think it was on regex101, stated that my regex was something along the likes of “recursion hell” or “infinity loop”. Can find the exact phrase. But that was when I was abandoning regexes for that problem (probs they were the wrong tool anyway).
