Why the FUCK do you wait to tell me more changes are needed until AFTER the current version is approved and pushed live?

If you're getting paid for first set, get paid for second set. Don't work for free, point to the approved reqs and make them submit new ones and new pay.

Im stuck in perpetual req change land with biggest client. If i forced him to be more thoughtful he'd save money and I'd not have to do the same area three to five times.

Clients do this to me .... ALLL the time. 🙄

Because management sucks and his last minute attempt to save his ass implicates you (thus voiding him of blame)

    Happens here all the time.

But that's a good thing. I WISH some clients have changes till after the approved version is delivered so I can send out my invoice and communicate that the initial agreement is delivered. New changes get charged separately.
