does anyone diet here to increase productivity? any productivity tips? I could have googled this but I need "tried and tested". I need ideas.

I've been feeling strange for some weeks now

    Sleep for 30 minutes at 2:30 in the afternoon.

    @helloworld it would be superpower for some. I would take one hour to sleep, 30 min to actually sleep then 30 min more to trying to wake up.

    Diet doesn't effect me but sleep does. If I don't sleep enough I'm so unproductive no matter how much caffeine I get.

    @punker1999 I think this is what is wrong with me. I barely get up to 3 hour ls of sleep at night. well I only get enough electricity at night

    I started walking every day for 45-60 minutes after work and I'm feeling much better and more motivated to do extra work. I also sleep better because of walking and therefore get more energy the next day.

    Eat and drink healthy, quality stuff.

    Sleep without seeing a screen for an hour or so before hand.

    Try and stay off of social media. Same for alcohol
