				there should also be a 1-2 day workshop for people that employ recruiters to let them know the skills and knowledge a proper recruiter should have. JK

				I would prefer longer than that. Most recruiters are garbage and judge you based on language knowledge, even if the one you’ve mastered has significant overlap

				And to add, many great developers remain unemployed during this pandemic because of this.

				@nibor Yes! It seems that these are usually the emphasis points in real workshops, unfortunately.

				You'd need to add HR and Dev and Dev mgmt too it.
 
 Devs should know it
 Dev mgmt could know it but might lack deeper understanding
 HR - if it's the worst - knows nothing except that the less budget is is spend the lower the risk
 Recruiter gets appointed by HR and is - if it's the worst - completely clueless...
 
 Devs should have a voice and name an area of knowledge the team seems to lack.

What if there was like a 1-2 day workshop that helped recruiters be more technically fluent? Like the basics of software development (not programming, but concepts and what engineers really do)?
