So I thought “wow, alcohol aerosol should probably catch fire and burn really quick. I bet I can burn my hands if I do this”.

So I poured pure alcohol into a spray bottle and sprayed it right onto a lit up lighter in my hand.

It burned really quick.

I burned my hands.

I was right.

    I just play with Hand Sanitizer burnt with fire on my hands. It's so beautiful and not even harm my hands.

    @Eklavya it evaporates way quicker than ethanol so it’s fumes what is burning, not the actual liquid. So the flame is kept somewhat away from your hands, that’s how it works. However, any aerosol of flammable liquid is kind of explosive, that’s why combustion engines work, they basically make fuel explosive and not flammable by making it aerosol

    @Eklavya
    If you take programming seriously, the two are the same.

    I heard to coat hands in petroleum jelly first to protect. I am not a physician and this is not medical advice.

    @Chea yeah better coat it in motor oil, provides thicker surface 😉
