I didn't realize how mediocre autocompletion for python on vscode was until I started writing typescript on it. I think I'm gonna give PyCharm a try

    its fucky cuz there can be some setup required, and who wants to do that shit? not me.

    As a whole, vs code works beautifully well for everything JS, TS and oddly enough Go for me. Web development as a whole works well, but it is absolute shit for me when it comes to (for example) Php und Python

    VS Code is a Swiss Army Knife. Sure it can replace most tools but that doesn't mean it's always the best tool.

    That said, give Kite a try

    If you are into Python, you definitely should tryPyCharm. It is made by JetBrains and gratis, so you can't go wrong with it.
    But as usual, you have to configure it to your liking like every big IDE.
