Depending on the company, I'm a junior, mid level or senior. Standard? nah, lol

@lreading usually they put some BS requirements. some are finding a GOD.

This company will probably believe anything someone puts on a resume.

@znark912 Some do it by years of experience/degree, others do it by skill and accomplishments, some just call everyone "senior", and yes, as you said, some are looking for gods/legendary status.

Realistically, I'm a mid, but I've been called all 3 within a year. :-p

Junior - we want to get away with paying you less while doing the same as a senior.

Easy guys... It's in binary. So in decimal means 2 years experience :D
