I got my stickers today. I got a good scare, too, when I saw it was soaked because the mailman didn't close the lid properly. The stickers are fine, thankfully.

Thank you from Canada, devRant.

@dfox I'm personally interested in where the funding for shipping these internationally comes from. I saw a post that some were shipped to Finland. The app is free and there's no adverts on the app or the website 😯. The stickers have a real nice feel to them thought, I love them 😝

@Markshall glad you like them :)

Right now devRant is completely funded by myself and our other co-founder @trogus. And yes, as per your observation, we are not currently making any money.

@dfox double thanks for the stickers, then. I hope you guys find a way to monetize your platform in that benefits everyone.

@dfox I think you could definitely milk merch for a while until you find another way to make money. You could sell stickers (maybe a certain one only available for purchase, not for +1s), programming language shirts, shirts with good jokes/graphics that are submitted as posts, and I'm sure you could think of a bunch.

@sheeponmeth those are definitely good ideas, thank you! I do agree, I think people would definitely buy some stuff. Part of the problem though is it takes time to set up the store, and more time to do the shipping and handling of orders if we did start to get any volume.

But either way, eventually we definitely want to have a store because it seems like there would be a good amount of interest.

@dfox I think you would get a fair amount of shoppers. You've made a good platform for niche humor and venting.

@sheeponmeth thanks! I think we'll try to come up with some more merch that we think people will enjoy and then try to put something together.
