I love it when you take such a long time abstracting and your boss complains that you're not doing anything but once the flexible and beautiful abstraction is completed you finish the rest of the job in a mere couple of hours implementing the abstraction and your boss goes like "whoa how did you do that so fast" (more like "you finally finished fooling around!") and your mind is relaxed as you implement every option of that perfect abstraction
