We are going build the next big thing. We are going to use the latest and greatest, now tell me what WCF and SOAP are.

Well, if you look at many of the “next big thing” they usually did not build on the latest new tech ;)

Facebook started on php fir example.

Its rarely the tech stack that makes something big but the ideas.
The latest tech usually comes in the growth stage.

Companies focusing on using the latest tech might end up working on the tech stack instead of the idea and that is a bad solution ;)

WCF is the world coronavirus forum and SOAP is their main weapon.
