The Bloomberg piece focused more broadly on an iPhone for Japan with support for FeliCa payments. Apple is already at work on a major redesign of the iPhone for 2017 that focuses more heavily on the display by removing the Home button, according to a person familiar with the matter.

it's almost as if nobody here has seen a broken or half broken home button because it was pressed too many times. i think it's a good idea.

Only thing that could go wrong here is if the software goes haywire and you can't restart your phone lol. They better not fuck that up 😆

@mzgaljic put a tiny reset button on the side. You have to stick pen into it to reset it

Wow haha. I know a few people who stayed with iPhone when the seven came out and told me dead serious that if apple removes the home button they'll migrate to android. My sister already migrated to android because of the headphone jack removal!
