Doesn’t more stack overflow tags seem more like people were having problems with it ?

On stackoverflow, more questions = more problems, considering the amount of duplicate and useless questions they are desperate to get rid off.

So a) yes a language with more questions could give insight to popularity of based on unique posters.

And b) the more unique posters, posting questions on a platform dedicated to problem solving - also suggests how badly designed or documented the language is.

This just bares down to the simple condition below:

"Popular !== Good"
