I am still struggling with the wifi connection, ended up at a chinese website looking for a solution...

What's the problem? I doubt I'm the only person here with relatively extensive experience with an RPi.

I've updated volumio over the web overface. After this 'apt update' via SSH showed me 100 packages to Upgrade. Ok. Did 'apt upgrade', a lot of warnings "dpkg: warning: files list file for package 'something*' missing; assuming package has no files currently installed" appeared and the last line: "E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)"
Can't Install any packages..
