So it's been nearly 3 months and HR have yet to process my authorised promotion, or pay me any of my new salary, despite it being escalated multiple times thanks to my boss, Head of, and Director.

...Does HR live in a separate reality to our own? Am I being played for a fool? Am I expecting too much of a HR sector in a Fortune 100 company..? 🤔

    @aviophile have done, multiple times. No luck. Just get told "we're looking into it" and shoved off - If it weren't for COVID at least I could lie on their desks in peaceful protest...

    You should have it in writing that you will get more money. It should also say when the salary will be increased and you can always refer to that. The money must also be paid retroactively. At least that's how I know it.

    At the very least, insist on the pay being backdated. I'd be looking for a new job in your shoes
