Most jobs are shit. Find a place where you like your coworkers and development practices. Most other things are secondary to your mental well-being.

My workplace literally follows no standard practice, we use mathematical models for our ideas, draw logically sound schemes and code it however we please and do optimizations if we stumble across a better way to do it. Crunch is a mistery. So, if ya wanna be appreciated, Europe/European firms are the best. Europe has actual laws protecting their workers... 😅

Sometimes I can’t tell if they enjoy feeling afraid getting themselves all worked up fearful of just and vicious retribution for their previous misbehavior but they surely are on the same loop behaviorally
