I don't like being Mr {First Name} or being called by Just my surname

So "Hey, {name}, come have a look at this" Fine
"Mr {Surname} I need a hand with x" Fine

But "Mr {First Name}. can you..." Weird. Not ruse or insulting but weird

Or "{Surname}, what's up" no thanks
