    @FintinaM people told me they say it when they don't feel bad. They even speak about 'happiness'.

    I know, it sounds a bit weird, but trust me, that feelings (like 'good' and 'happiness') are freaking weird and strange.

    Going to bed early just fucks me up the first 2 days; probably my body telling my head we have ALOT of catching up to do.
