I pretty much ignore Slack and Outlook after 3:30 on Fridays. If my own teammates contact me then I'll work with them but anything else is put off until Monday at least. I'm already in Weekend mode by then. I'm still at work until 5 but my brain has completely checked out.

@EmberQuill I do the same thing, my slack goes inactive and away at 4 so I can finish up the day until 5.

These fucking assholes figured that out and message me at 3:55 every-fuckin-day.

I don't even go inactive. I just don't respond unless I absolutely have to.

I follow a mixed strategy and go offline at random times of the day. Spices things up.
