What do you do if you have a superior colleague consistently subtweeting you and caught talking behind your back?

This person has made my working life a hell ever since she joined, backstabbing not just me but others as well, forever negative, manipulative bullying and unwelcoming. Literally close to resigning just because of this one person.

    Talk to your manager?

@hack I should have said I tried that. My manager is also struggling with the same problem as me with the same person and literally said “I don’t think there’s much we can do about it. What’s said is on Twitter, and there’s nothing in writing in the workplace environment, so it’s out of our control”

This lady literally made my manager hold back tears while she unfairly grilled him and criticised his presentation in front of the whole team. I think he’s genuinely afraid of her. 🙁

    How raise it with HR.
Get others to raise separately with HR too.
Let HR take it to the superior’s superior

Failing that. Leave and diss them on Glassdoor

It doesnt matter if its on social media or to your face. Abuse is abuse.
Take it to HR. Dont let one person ruin your job.

And if HR say they cant do anything, leave.
Because then its not just one person its the whole environment that is toxic by enabling people to abuse their position and be assholes to staff.

If you all agree she sucks, I guess you could do something, right?
