Yeah I call bullshit on that, Huge salary will allow you to have more options for free time/vacations so you can sleep well. Small salary just means you'll have to work more and get even less sleep.

@SoldierOfCode honestly salaries here for developers sucks like hell..... you wont have time or the budget to plan for vacations and stuff
You need 3-4 months of savings to buy a proper dev machine

@Taqsblaz3 sounds like ex job... If you had know some of my rant , my developer in my country (Malaysia) pay really bad. Like RM 1800 per month and working 24/7 on call with extreme pay cuts if you cant give a good result of the project.

Now currently I'm working for Singapore it's better now.
