    Ahahaha I know right. Went and uninstalled VS2015 today... Took 8 minutes to do that for what ever reason, then took another 10 ish to install VS2017, and I don't even know how long to install the C++ development pack, ended up going out instead of sitting there.

    I don't know but Installed vscode yesterday on Linux, took almost negligible time.

    I installed 50 GB yesterday, uninstalled VS 2015 just to notice that VS 2017 doesn't support the Windows Driver Development Kit yet.

    Time to install VS 2015 again! 😑

    With my connection speed it will take around 5 hours to download, and God knows how many hours to install. I guess I will do it very the weekend.
    Luckily updated all Ubuntu server vms and took 20mins per machine

    @gitpush it will not take long to install because vs2017 download and install at same time

    @dontbeevil I still don't know why they did not create an iso 😒
    And thanks for the tip, never tried web installer guess I have to now

    @gitpush they changed also this, they created a way to download and create an iso ad hoc with what you really need, with the proper size
