Needles mostly. Maybe a CT or two.

getting double-fisted by the CMS of Doom™

Wasn't too bad, my doctor was expecting a "simple" referral, had to call in another specialist from another department. So... Not totally simple, but everything is at least sorted. I've got a couple more follow ups but I'm on the drugs to treat the symptoms.
