Just another day, like any other. i suppose.
stupid people with dual standards utilizing a system which willfully pisses people off in earnest and encourages 'snarky' responses and moderators who are idiots :P

'this has a negative effect on silly people'

well how about me ? I think they should have to justify the reason they downvote so that things can be addressed. and if they don't make sense you can challenge.

fucking stackoverflow.

    @dumbdev I got frustrated :P

    People don't need to justify their votes. That's a basic principle of voting. If justification was required, it wouldn't be voting any more.

    Is everything you encounter someone else's fault?

    @electrineer I am justifying my downvote of you for being biased :P and making a comment out of context trying as you so often do to make yourself feel better by trying to reverse things.

    @AvatarOfKaine which downvote option did you choose?
  • 1
    @electrineer not for me :P

    and you're being a dick dude, if the point of stackoveflow's voting system is to encourage a person to improve their questions and answers it would make sense that unless the question asks why 'n****s eat watermelon' or something obviously off topic and obscene, some idea of why would be nice.

    i was asking about a json serializer. I bet you're a mod on the site :P

    I could totally see that.

    Point is I don't understand WHY the question was downvoted, as I was asking if there was a way to quickly serialize an class tree in python already built in which btw I've subsequently written.

    amusingly since you voiced complaint the same dickhead showed up urging me to fix a question, which i did and he previously played dumb

    I think i'm being trolled lol

    of course you also would have to protect against people who just unconscientiously downvote.

    which is why the system doesn't work.

    like this platform is mostly a popularity contest.
    at least its honest about it.
