Update on my fever: reports confirm that it's Dengue NS1.

Has anyone experienced this before? How long did it take for you to recover?

What all things you did for recovery?

From what I have seen, it takes time to fully recover from it.

Make sure you take long rests and drink fluids and eat enough fruits.

I've never had it but I know that in some parts of Mexico people would have issues with dengue. I've met people that had it, but that recovered. Hopefully you will too son man.

@AleCx04 thanks bud. Will start medication in half an hour and start the recovery process.

Unless your platelet count drops dangerously low (keep checking), it's like any other strong fever and not that big a deal. It'll pass in a few days. Last day or so you will feel itchy af, that's normal. No special cure or whatever (I'm sure there's food etc. that doctors will recommend, like papaya and whatnot iirc), just have to let it do its thing and move on.

Lasts a week or 2 generally. Eat well and get plenty of rest coz there will be physical weakness.

Platelet count is normal, currently scouting for Papaya leaves to drink the smoothie.

Get very well hydrated. And rest like it is your job. Just keep drinking fluids and you'll be fine.
