write:

My colleague needs to work on his coding skills.

Oh ffs. No woke crap here, please. I deal with enough of it with my “culturally diverse,” “differently-abled,” and “minimally exceptional” coworkers. Especially those offended by the word “women.”

You all get the joke and understand its intended meaning.

There is no sense ruining the joke by torturing the wording so that no one can possibly be offended over it — especially for people that aren’t even here, and very likely wouldn’t even care.
