Is it actually viable to become specialized in analyzing and optimalizing C# code? Like is there a market for that? Even if it is just other people being too lazy to do it.🤔

    @g-m-f i respect the honest reply. I was wondering if i could make that hobby a job, maybe even in another language like c++, i think i would enjoy it once i got over the learning curve

    Its not a bad idea but not with c#, something nore common, like php or java might be a better choice imo

    You could write analysis and optimization tools for these languages

    @RazorSh4rk but php is the devil and i'd rather jump instead of using java. C# is just about as common isn't it?

    Quick look at a local jobs site, front page:
    Java - 9 jobs
    Php - 14 jobs
    C++ - 6 jobs
    Javascript - 4 jobs
    C# - 2 jobs

    So id say no, its not as popular

    @RazorSh4rk the keyword here being "local" my version of local i would have 3x that much programming jobs available to start. But i think it is hard to believe JS over C#

    @g-m-f to be fair, its europe, dont have much experience with jobs anywhere alse

    @RazorSh4rk europe is quite big though. Whatever applies in portugal often does not apply in belgium or sweden :P
