So apparantly Gitlab is going public. Any thoughts or just go ahed an buy into the IPO?!

    There's no way they will get that price, they might be lucky enough to get in the 40s.

    Still invest in them though, but I would set my limits pretty low if they're shooting for 60s.

    I don’t understand the allure of going IPO except as a cash-out for the founders.

    @Root and that's why they will plummet in share cost within 4 hours after launch.

    All the contracts and tax forms are filed, just waiting on pulling that trigger.
