why would people still recruit native app developers (different ios and Android) instead of xamarin developers (one for iOS,android and Windows phone) even if apps from both platform is equally native?

    Here's why:
When iOS 8 was released (to the general public), the current Xamarin libraries were incompatible with it and caused your app to crash on startup. It took them ~10 days to fix the issue. For apps in production, those 10 days were absolutely awful trying to explain to upper management "there's literally nothing we can do to fix this; we have to wait until they release a patch, and then we can build, test and deploy."

oh yeah!! but iOS 8 is 1 or 2 years ago...they may not have such issues these days. I don't know. @emes001
