Just thinking back to my previous job.. My manager was nice and friendly to me.. until I messed up. It just makes me realize that in every company I'm just nothing but a tool they use to get good results.. If you start producing bad results, they'll hate you..

Yeah, I had a boss like this. Very friendly until the shit hit the fan. That's when you get to know their true character though.

“Be professional” is just an excuse to bs your employee, when it’s about you, they won’t highlight how fucking unprofessional you are, so:

- be late at meetings
- pay them late
- schedule a meeting with a 15 min notice
- schedule a release on Friday with a 48 hour notice wanting a fuckton new feature
- change fucking working hours

And still call them unprofessional 😎
What’s that, they have the guts to tell you back we shouldn’t really race to see who’s more professional? Lay them off.
They call you unprofessional after you laid them off? Tell them it is a question of perspective.
