How the hell does Amazon have a UI fail so massive in their audio interface that it makes it a pain to use?
I bought a Mozart album years ago. I used to be able to click a button to download all 144 tracks at once. Now it is trying to force me to download 1 track at a time when viewing the album page.

What an absolute shit show.

Apparently I cannot just download songs I purchased by track either. I have to have a fucking amazon app now.

Utter shit.

The app definitely lets you do it by album, so I'm going with it's an oversight

@dootlurk Web interface won't let me download tracks either. It prompts me to install the app. Which I cannot get on my work computer.

Amazon music is garbage now.

This is way beyond ui fail. This is they don't care about customer actually being able to use the product they bought.

Fucking hell. I was wrong. I CAN download tracks. I just cannot download the whole album at once. Fucking UI shitshow.

Have you tried visiting your nearest record store and purchasing it on a vinyl?

So it gets better. I can download individual files on their audio website when looking at the album. So I chatted with them twice. The first person kept pushing me to use the app. He flat out lied to me saying I could not download anything from web interface. That is not true if you bought the music. I got fed up and logged off. Then I chatted again later. They said they were sorry there was no way to bulk download.

So I was like fuck! Just started downloading all 145 tracks. Then I notice in the menu for each track item there is a select. So I select it. Now I can select all the files on the left. All of this was hidden. There is also now a select all button at top of list. Was also originally hidden. So the feature I needed was fucking hidden unless you select an individual track from the right menu of a track. Okay, that is shit, but okay now I can do this. I select by hand all 145 files. I go to download and I see this:

@Demolishun So now I gotta deselect 45 files by hand. All bulk buttons greyed out. Download the first 100, then remember where I am (no numbers on side, thankfully total selected at top). Then deselect the first 100 and select the remaining 45.

3 people from Amazon help DID NOT KNOW THIS EXISTED OR HOW TO USE THIS. That is an even bigger shit show.

Does it make me a Karen to get pissed when their software is a pain to use? Or resent them because they want to force an app that tracks me?
