More like using arch to compile gentoo binaries

@EpicofGilgamesh That would be another meme: why does your Gentoo office and web surfing PC need a 16 core Ryzen and 128GB RAM? Well to compile Chromium from source, of course!

    Linus using Manjaro!

@jasongodev Yeah and zipping a 3GB file on a fucking USB stick taking long is totally a Linux issue. Sometimes I wonder whether he has used any computer at all in his life.

    1. Get 1000 people to donate $100

2.hire couple of dev's, and a support guy for a year

    3. Their fulltime job for the next year is to cut the fucking bullshit, and select a good middle of the road distro and fix its major issues.

    4. Everyone who donated gets 20 keys to distribute. Every key is good for a year.

    5. Everyone with a key gets updates for that year.

    Rinse and repeat.

Build a small competent core, execute efficiently, fix the pain points that everyone complains about but no one usually does anything about for some reason.

@Wisecrack Actually, the Mint devs do listen to their user base. The whole thing is running on donation basis, not via a commercial company.
