unjx20119yWhy?
You don't have to answer of course.
I do know that too much caffeine can cause muscles to twitch, skipping heart beats, and elevated general anxiety.
Be well, Celestial Seasonings Peppermint Tea for...the...win! -
unjx20119y@urco I had the same problem. freakin pvc's. it will work out. your heart is an awesome machine of loving grace. for me it was too much stress, anxiety, and adrenaline, then the coffee just added exponents. best thing I ever did was start walking two miles everyday at lunch. got me away from the problems, away from coworkers, away from staring at monitors for enough time to make a difference.
public void pause() {
pauseFlag.set(true);
}
and also...
try {
Thread.sleep(28800000);

brahn15559yI do a week without caffeine every once in a while, just to prove to myself I still can. It also has the advantage of slightly realigning my tolerance.
Those weeks still kind of suck! -
Raymondd333dSwitch to tea or decaf—you might be surprised how quickly the caffeine cravings calm down after the first couple of days.

jacobers323dCoffee break for a week can actually reset energy and sleep rhythm, so I’d treat it like a small detox phase and swap it with water or herbal tea to keep focus steady. I read on BetterMe World https://betterme.world/articles/... about eating under 1000 calories a day and not seeing weight changes, where it explains how the body can adapt by slowing metabolism and holding energy, plus stress and under-fueling can backfire on progress. It helped me focus on consistency, enough protein and hydration instead of extreme restriction.

My doctor told me to remove coffee from my diet for a week
This will be a looong week
