@Letmecode I hope not either. I am going to murder the Rattlesnake that did it though once I figure out where the nest is.

@deusprogrammer Sorry about your loss. This little poem by Mary Elizabeth Frye has helped me when I've been through a similar situation, hope you like it (:
Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there; I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow,
I am the sun on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there; I did not die. -
@deusprogrammer Kill it...Kill it with fire and skin that damn thing ;_;.

I lost my best friend recently too.
My condolences to you. It's a tough time, but I hope you're okay. Just keep your friend's memory alive, and I'm sure he/she will be more than content.
Goodbye to programmers best friend. He was the best dog, the best listener, a great pair programmer, and someone to keep my lap warm while I work. And more than all of that, even though he was a dog...he was my friend. Goodnight buddy. I hope I see you on the other side.
