I'm getting contacted by remotely.works with job offers, I like the idea of doubling my current salary, but it really worries me the job stability and I believe switching jobs to work remote for a US-based company leaves me with responsibilities an employer normally take cares for me.

Should I risk it and give it a try?

What responsibilities are you referring to?

Remote or not, these are the things you need to think about

    1. Is it a genuine job?
    2. Does the JD interest you?
    3. Does the company's vision and mission make you feel comfortable?
    4. Are you getting good compensation and other benefits you are looking for?
    5. Are you ok with 100% remote working nature?

@asgs taxes and other commitments that an employer takes care of.

Not looking anything particular now, but how do I know I'm getting good compensation and benefits? I want to avoid agreeing to receive something I cannot exchange for cash or use here in my homeland.

I'm 100% okay with remote work and what it entails.
