@pedro-abreu back in the 90's we thought that Transputer would be future of computing ... parallel computing with 64K processors connected. Then Nvidia took over.

@nik123 well no not exactly. Transputer had no graphics capabilities - it was just meant to be a parallel processing cpu, easy to connect to peers
First dev job: port Unix on Transputer, a (now defunct) bizarre processor with no stack, no registers and no compiler. That was fun! And that was in 1991 😎
