Hazarth95213yYou can't make drastic changes to your sleep. If you want to shift your sleeping schedule It's much easier to do it in about 30min intervals. Your body has a rough idea of your current sleep schedule and it tries to stick to it. So you need to establish a new one slowly and that Stick to the new one to see results. Mind you that will take a few days at least.
You can try to force it, but the sleep wont be a good quality one even if you manage to sleep the entire night until your sleep cycle re-aligns with the new schedule.
Anyway, once you get to it, keep to it. Sleep is incredibly important and we already don't get enough ;_; -
@Hazarth yeah, shifting sleep 30 min forward is easy for me but shifting it backward is impossible. Gotta do a full circle forward to achieve that.

Hazarth95213y@electrineer that is interesting. Shifting backwards works for me, but I have a friend that says the same thing as you, and can only go full circle, which means he has to fuck his sleep more and more until It's good again xD

@electrineer yeah i have to go full circle as well idk why but unless i wake up at a fixed time with an alarm, i keep waking up later and later, and sleeping later and later too

@electrineer that used to happen to me, but recently it's been working for me. i oversleep on the weekend, and the rest of the week i keep it up for work, and it helps me getting tired at night, i sleep faster

I'm currently off duty, so I don't have to wake up for work, and that fucked up my sleep schedule
in my attempt to fix my sleeping schedule, i actually slept early... only to wake up at 3 am 🤡
