Being told I’m not experienced enough to get a senior dev job I interviewed for.
Even though I aced the first 4 interview rounds, the tech test feedback was “the best solution they had ever seen”, and I’ve been a senior dev for 25 years.
Time wasting assholes.

once talked to a guy that was rejected for being "overqualified", meaning "expensive". i don't think we can win, ever

@darksideofyay I've rejected an overqualified candidate before.
Not even started on the money subject, just because the we could not utilise the skills and that would be both boring and stunt the candidates development. Would probably not be able to keep for more than 6 months
