Let's talk about notifications.

So these two notification are about one comment, I think we should only show the more specific one, (in this case, the mention).

What do you think?

Yeah, does the same thing w a mention and "new comment on a rant you commented on". Would make sense for mention to supercede the lesser notif vs redundant notifs, though I think there was some technical reason @dfox didn't do that from the start

@trogus chains of reponsability for "NotificationBuilder" from the more relevant to the lesser with a break when one matches.

I would love to code that... But devRant is not open source...
