How is Amazon interview experiece for a 9 years experienced profile and what will be the rounds and interview process details . Requesting folks who know and have experienced to share their views

For me it was I want to say six rounds. Maybe 7. They bring devs that will ask you to write production ready code on a white board in the language of your choosing. Lots of algorithm implementation stuff. At one point they will have you talk to a a PM who will give you a soft skills question. It isn't easy. You'll feel mentally drained. Talk, ask a lot of clarifying questions, they want to know how you think and solve problems. The behavior questions were easy. Go on geek2geek.
Upside: free lunch. If this is the Seattle location and they bring you to the restaurant just outside the building, get the fish and chips.

@codekarma nah there are just a lot of horror stories from the company, not necessarily the interview process. The interview process does hurt the pride a little bit, but that is cuz they want "smart" people.
