5 hours working out what the stupid cryptic error message means and reading documentation, 5 minutes to change and test the difference.

My output of 4 hours work today - resolved a big merge conflict and discovered broken build. After 3 hours found there was a cyclic dependency but not between classes, between the files the classes were in. Errors were totally unrelated.

don't get me started on time spent downgrading 3 dependencies...

2 hours for a plumber to diagnose the problem.

20 minutes to fix.
