Pluralsight I've found is pretty good for getting a deep dive and learning a specific technology or program well, but isn't good for tutorial learn how to code type stuff.

Maybe start with something free then see how quickly you pick it up, how well you learn, etc etc before paying?

Learn how to learn by yourself.
There are a ton of resources out there, don't depend on being spoon-fed knowledge.
A major part of the job is finding solutions to problems you haven't seen before.
These courses can't prepare you for everything that's out there. -

Its one thing if you start with an extremely rudimentary ground zero course and then go from there
But the ability to teach yourself is one thing that I quickly realized is important
