				Curiousity is the most important one and almost no one can actually just develop that willingly.
If coding-related stuff bores you to death and you aren't one of that mythical ultra-high-willed super performers, you can't git gud no matter the incentives. -

				I stoped most of those 5 years ago..😅
To get a job you might be right but to make more money in your current company:
- trick your boss into thinking what he wants is doable
- trick your boss into thinking what you did is what he asked for
- piss of stupid ppl at major clients
- collect credit from everyone else on client side for pissing off the guy noone likes
- don't mess up annual review
- if you do mess up and get kicked, your clients will want to work with someone like you and offer you a job 😂
And you'll be good for a good while.
