Hi highly doubt that RTFM is the right answer in more then some corner cases where people bug you for stuff that you have explained to them at least twice. If you don't know what to search for because you have no experience or prior knowledge ... then tell me which friendly manual you mean?

I am always glad to work in a company where knowledge is shared like CC/open source and nobody tells you to read that manual first ^^
