Exactly. Thats why I asked for a 43% raise or Im going back to contracting where I will get a 63% raise and also will have to pay 25% less in taxes so in total I would get paid almost 3 times more so thats that. No vacations, health insurance or public holidaya off but I think I can manage that while getting paid 3 times more :)
