    @spongessuck gotta hand it to em. Case sensitive filesystem really doesn't hold many advantages that I can think of.

    Case sensitivity is way less error prone.

    The times of ASCII are over.

    Case insensitivity is just a cluster fuck - especially when it comes to Unicode.

    To support case insensitivity, you have a lot of stuff to be taken care of: Collations, proper comparison, alternation of characters, etc.

    Case insensitivity is just a burden on everyone. It doesn't help, it creates only a plethora of problems to cater for the stupidness of human mankind.
