Just finished my neural network library.

The library is written in C# and easy to use. This is my first publicly available library, so constructive criticism is need :)

Looks interesting, and I like how clean your code is. My only suggestion is to beef up your readme. It is the first (and sometimes only) thing that people see about your project. The sample code is great, but a simple explanation of how it works and how to set up a new project will do wonders.
