Thing is, I've met a few kids who are on like their second or third internship. Some who aren't really 'kids' anymore either.

Some poor fucker has to support them because the company they do profitable work for won't. People actually paying for internships is now a thing too. Mad how we got here, I'm glad it wasn't like that when I was coming up.

It's kinda funny how many companies are battling and paying over the odds for a few experienced developers but won't invest in talent at the ground level
