It always amuses me when companies pay only "competitively", don't create a good working culture and then complain about high turnover. Money pays bills no matter what. Employees don't jump (easily) to other jobs when the pay isn't significant better. But if your culture is toxic, employees even take a paycut just to get out.

    It's kind of sad how loyalty to a company doesn't seem to get valued anymore either...

    @PonySlaystation I look at it from a point that it is liberating. Unless you are job hopping no-one looks weird at you if you look out for yourself and seek better employment.
