@dIREsTRAITS does it matter? It's such a slippery slope. Today it's how many times you tried connecting to their server, tomorrow it's what's in your requests.
Even if Microsoft turns out to be one of the good guys, the last 15 years have proven beyond a shred of doubt that the NSA and China *do* save pretty much all of your interactions that require internet connections.
Maybe they can't decrypt them now, but they can when quantum is here, so for now they just store literally everything you do. -
