Biggest distraction while coding?

When a colleague (or even worst, your boss) decide to staring at your monitor...

I don't know you guys, but I suddenly become disable and not capable of using a keyboard.
Leave me f*king alone!!!

I have the sqme thing, its like they are in my head while im coding, cant concentrate losing ability to code

@artik1327 I failed an interview because of that: this guy wanted to staring at the monitor the whole time, even if I kindly asked to stop...

My theory is that it happends because the brain think that he is evaluating you. I do experiments thinking internally that the people at my side is "the most stupid fucker in the world" and it seems to work. It reduces the missed keypress a lot. Maybe I have to hate more to be totally inmune.
